For doorstep delivery, confirm your order online and WhatsApp your order ID. We'll provide our bank details for transfer. Once payment received, your order will be arranged for delivery within 24-48 hours.Self Collection / Self Pickup
There is NO additional charges if you wish to pickup your goods on your own. You can opt to pay by cash or online transfer.
For express pickup, confirm your order online and WhatsApp your order ID. We'll provide our bank details for transfer. Once payment received, you can visit our store during our operating hours to collect your goods.Lalamove / Grab Pickup
You can also order 3rd party pickup service such as Lalamove or Grab to collect your goods. However, fees for these services are to be paid by yourself and not through our company.
For 3rd party pickup, please confirm your order online and WhatsApp your order ID for payment. We'll provide our bank details for transfer. Once payment received, please order your pickup service and send us screenshot of driver details.Postage / Courier Service
If you are not based in KL, you can opt for postage. We are using J&T for postage. However there will be a surcharge of RM5 on top of the shipping rates for packing charges. Kindly note that postage only available for order under 100kg.
For postage, please confirm your order online and WhatsApp your order ID for payment. We'll let you know the postage charges for your order. Payment shall be made within 24 hours or your order will be deemed invalid.
